We are talking about pornography. It is TOTALLY different to websites such as TV-Links, music downloads, warez etc.If you don't host the content, you can not (or shouldn't be in most jurisdictions) be held liable for what the content contains (in most countries). I'm not saying that you'll never be arrested/prosecuted, but there is a 98.9999*% chance you'll never be charged for linking to content like the video on his website, perhaps if you link to content such as CP and your country twists laws, but not the video you're arguing about.
You MUST warn people, have a disclaimer about what they are going to click is adult material. That's why websites such as PornTube, PornHub, PlayBoyblablabla all have this.
Note how all 3 are US based.
As I said in a past example, I'm 12 years old, I am now scared for life and I want to sue, I'll get my doc to clarify I am mentally ill, and then I'll open a suite and sue the owners ass. (well, parents...)
Or... the owner could get prosecuted for showing material to teenagers. In this case, he is showing the materiel to children. (habboxforum)
His host (apparently) is 000webhost.com, I've contacted them regarding the locations of the servers and what laws they operate in.According to reverse DNS lookups, his server is located in the United States, but I don't know. If the server is located in AU then yes, of course the ACMA is involved, but if it's in the US, it has no relevance.

That's an interesting article, off topic but still interesting.
