Thats wrong for many reasons

Scarborough is the other way and the stops you mention make it the Liverpool lime street express.

Oh and it runs at 7 minutes past the hour from Manchester Piccadilly

You said TO Scarborough and it doesn't call at those stations from Piccadilly to Scarborough, On the way to Liverpool it calls at Piccadilly at 7 minutes past the hour and at Oxford road at 11 minutes past the hour, there is a local stopper Northern Service to Liverpool Lime Street at 13 Minutes past the hour from Oxford road.
