    How? Logs have caused many major train accidents over the years, as the article reads, if it was going a bit faster it would of derailed the train into a ditch, likely to cause many injuries and deaths.

    It's very hardly old news as no one knew about it until now, it's new news, it just happened so long ago so that isn't the "truest time" that statement can be used.

    Quite frankly, it probably would have worked if the train wasn't going so slow.
