Actually Chicken & Bacon is quite nice. But after I posted, I had a proper chicken (not processed crap) and stuffing in a 'scottish morning roll', one of the best sandwiches I've ever had.

    Cheese
But some emotions do not make a lot of noise. It is hard to hear pride. Caring is real faint -- like a heartbeat. And pure love, why, some days it is so quiet, you do not even know that it’s there.

We have a great fruit and veg store near school. So when we are over at music before lunch on a thursday i go in and have a

    Turkey
    stuffing
    Lettuce
    Tomato
    Carrot
    Onion
    Cucumber
    Salt
    Pepper

All on a brown bap, comes to around £2.75 so pretty cheap really.
