Should go to Grenada. Me dads got mates over their, it's well nice. They have dirt football pitches and some kids saw me and asked if I wanted to play... football stops all language barriers. The people are well kind.

Salou can be chavvy, Benidorm is the ultimate chavvy holiday, but Madrid is more a city break, so that's not chavvy ;D!

We're thinking of somewhere near Barcelona this July, or Lanzarote this October.

Lanzarote, thats the one i went too! That place is really nice, disliked the sunburn though Im not a fan of Spain anymore though since literally everyone goes there to holiday now. I'm more of an Australia or America type of tourist, although they're alot more expensive than Spain.

I loved Lanzarote. The weather was perfect, and the time zone was exactly the same as the UK, so nothing to get used to.

Not that 1 hour time difference to mainland Spain really effects you in anyway...

Im personally not a huge fan of Spain because of the mass tourists, but my grandad lives there in one of the very few remaining areas where there is very little tourism and noone speaks any english so thats quite nice.

It's usually hot there in July, hope you have fun! =D
