    Do you reckon Frijj is good for bulking up?

    It has roughly 20g of protein but 52g carbs with zero fat. Im guessing the carbs are just sugar though.

    Oh and im not sure if I should start bulking, or cutting since I think im quite light for my height.

    I was wanting to try this but I never knew how to start anyone got tips on how they changed from FAT to MUSCLE?

    You can't change fat into muscle it's impossible. The only reason why fat people might gain muscle faster is because they eat more.
    But if you try to loose weight whilst your doing weights then you will loose alot of muscle along with the fat. This is why i reccomend getting a pretty average samatotype before lifting weights.


    Also I've posted some pictures on the forum before? I'll post new ones when I can

    I honestly don't have the patience to lift weights anymore. I haven't lifted them in about 2 or 3 month now and I always feel weird afterwards. Probably because I don't breathe when im lifting
