    Yep it was Ive taken it back to the blue XP theme now

    Right click on my computer > properties > advanced > visual themes (or something similar) and then check adjust for best performance.

    I have turned off all visual effects I got tuneup to do everything for me when I first booted it

    Ive got another 2 computers that will be lying about soon so ill see what I can salvage from them.
