    Default XBOX LIVE GOLD HELP!

    I want to redeem a 12 month gold card but it asks for information.
    I give what it needs but it comes up with what my state and ZIP is.
    I don't live in the USA and I don't recall entering that I do on any settings.
    On my account (xbox.com) it says I live in the United States but it does not let me change it.
    Does anyone know how to fix this?
