    and if you dont see results, your out on quite a bit of cash I wanna start weight lifting again but im just too busy and tired to get to the gym these days :\

    Although i have a few dumbells under my bed, ill have a go with those later

    Thats why you take precautions and advice to make sure you will see results If you're too tired or busy to work out you shouldn't do it as you won't be commited.

    New years resolution, even if it is a bit late, is to commit myself to weight lifting. Whenever I can't get to the gym I'll just use my dumbells at home.

    Excellent/Soy, got a good training regime I can use?

    You can use mine if you wish

    Monday - Bicep curl. Alternating bicep curls. Forearm curls. Reverse forearm curls. Reverse bicep curls (triceps)

    Tuesday - Situps, pressups.

    Wednesday - Bench press. Dumbell bench press. Chest fly.

    Thursday - Situps, pressups.

    Friday - Bent over row. Shoulder shrugs. Shoulder press. Upright row. Lateral raise.

    Saturday - Situps, pressups.

    Sunday - Break.
    Back for a while.

    Thanks I think ill wait a while though until my abs feel better. Yesterday I got bored and did a load of sit ups, crunches and planks since I havent done any in about 2 month. My abs feel soo bruised

    People should really post their pics in here. Even if you're just starting out it'd be good to see everybodys progress. Don't be worried if you only have small arms as it's something to work at!

    Just starting off at Gym as i'm only just 14.

    I do..

    Biking 10 mins do about 4k
    Treadmill 12 mins at 9.5
    Rowing Machine Level 8 going around 40m/s for 10 mins.
    Leg Resistance and Arm/Chest resistance 3 sets of 15 at 21kg.

    I also do strectches and exercises morning and night.

    is this good to just get started off?
