I dont think he has to touch them, probably a coincidence.

Personally I think the Nathan story line of him being behind all this isa load of crap.
They should have gotten a Human to do what he is doing or did it so Nathan lost his powers and is now doing all this.

He does have to touch them to get there power. Remember he injected his self to get his powers back but you cannot predict what power you will get. Just so happens he gets a touch one like he did when he was able to fly.

I think he did a deal with nathan keep clair safe and he will help and peters mum is helping her fav song nather I think

Yes he touched nathan after wards which allowed him to absorb his power by touch and fly. He then touched Mohinder to get his strength to break out of his constraints on the plane and then touched Tracy Strauss and got her powers.

His power now is to absorb by touch not by who ever was around him. IMO.

Also i think he doesnt keep them all at once because he would of just let the plane drag him out an fly back in again or something..?

Maybe the writers did this because peter should be the most powerful in theory, he could absorb powers from anyone if they was in X range.

So probs a ploy to make him more like the rest.
