There was another one we used to sing about a lighthouse, and there was one that went 'When I needed a neighbour were you there, were you there' or something. There was another, I can't remember what it was, but it was used on an advert, I think for Ambrosia, but with the words changed, and our teacher used to get angry for us singing it with the words from the advert.
I remember that one! Love is like a magic penny, hold it tight and you won't have any...
Anyway, ours were mainly just jesus songs, cliff richard (mistletoe and wine), and a lovely song about a man with a plank in his eye.
Just the Australian national anthem (Advance Australia Fair)
Australians all let us rejoice,
For we are young and free;
We've golden soil and wealth for toil;
Our home is girt by sea;
Our land abounds in nature's gifts
Of beauty rich and rare;
In history's page, let every stage
Advance Australia Fair.
In joyful strains then let us sing,
Advance Australia Fair.
