I dont know where to find voice actors n crap, but you do. But is like hiyori's voice actor the same as tetsu in peacemaker? Coz i was just watching bleach today and it seemed like a familiar voice.

Check there in the future, but no, they don't have the same voice actors. The same person who voiced that annoying princess in the filler episodes is actually the same person who voices Hiyori.

Anyway, I have a question! Since Urahara became the new captain pretty promtly, does that mean he already had bankai when he was the third seat in the 2nd division? Or was that rule that you need bankai to become a captain not around in those days...
