Chances of him getting a ban for his kick out? Same as SWP ban eh? Doubt it.
Time to cut the crap and see if the top four conspiracy is true.
Oh and he scored when he should of been off.

To: The FA
Subject: Cristiano Ronaldo violent conduct
At 54:47 of Manchester United's match against Blackburn Rovers on Saturday, February 20, 2009, Cristiano Ronaldo intentionally kicked the back of an opposing player's leg after a play. The ball was gone, and there was no other intent other than to kick the opposing player. The FA recently punished Shaun Wright-Phillips with a three-match ban for a similar play -- although in that case the player actually was provoked with two fouls that resulted in a red card for the opposing player. If the FA is to maintain any reasonable claim to impartiality, Cristiano Ronaldo absolutely must receive the same exact treatment -- a violent conduct charge and accompanying three-match ban. Failure to do so will expose the FA an inequitable in its treatment of players and will bolster the arguments of those who claim the FA give favorable treatment to traditionally strong clubs like Manchester United

Nothing will be done, but for a reason.
The Wright-Phillips incident the referee did NOT witness and therefore did NOT feature in his match report contrary to this incident where Howard Webb was right next to the incident, saw it and decided not to take action (wrongly in my eyes) and therefore it WILL feature in his match report and thus, the panel cannot do anything.
It's the rules (as far as I'm aware) but I'm sorry, the top 4 theory isn't true this time.
When we get that reply were sending one about how Webb should receive punishment. It's already prepared.Nothing will be done, but for a reason.

wasn't Evra banned for 3 matches not long ago by the FA for what he did at Stamford Bridge?
Evra should never have been banned tho - the FA hate united
that makes no sense??
The FA do their job, they don't hate/dislike any one or any team.
