What happend to Events?

They used to be posted in Calendar so you'd always know when evnets on when and it'd be posted daily in the "Habbox Today" section of habbox.com

now it just seems like its gone? nothing gets updated on calendar and last habbox today was on sunday?

shouldnt it like be updated every day as it used to be, as i highly doubt anyone on this forum is using the calendar to find out when mardi gra and such are taking place.

The only form of us knowing what events are on if they are on is when they are posting 15/30 mins before the event in announcements, and half the time it takes ages to get the event started due to a lack of people, probably as their not informed?

So yeah shouldnt managers be updating Calendar/HX Today or not? :S

I completely agree.
When me and David were managers of Events we made sure we were on top of it all the time, so as soon as an event was booked it would be put onto manager event planning calendar and the Official Habbox calendar.
Habbox Today was also updated all the time.

If it was updated, I might make time to go to more events tbh


BTW, No offence to Roxy / Lucy as I'm sure they are doing a good job, just publicising the event needs a boost.

Yeah but it was never used,
I think at one point we tried getting it to be moved to Habbox front page to make it noticed/used more but nothing moved on from there !

Really, HabboxToday at least should be used.
Takes a couple of minutes to type up and hit publish

Hasn't been updated since December (the last time that had a month with the 1st as a monday) and habbox show is still on it.. lmao

I think that possibly was September lol :p.

Anyway I agree with the fact that the calendars do need to be updated more frequently, as the public can only know about 20 minutes before an event, which is pretty pointless as people may want to plan getting there.
