What i dont get is:

When Faradays mother was going on about the "break" in time (cant remeber exact phrase she used) and thats how they would get back to the island if they were there at that certain point/certain flight. So the plane crashes onto the island, and their all back on the island (in the past for the oceanic 6) but planes dont go missing all the time so how come suddenly there is a 2nd plane crash on the island (probably not as much publicity made out of it). Or isit just because the Oceanic 6 "needed" to go back to the island?? Do they activiate these "pockets" in time?

Pretty cool episode. I kinda hoped there'd be more to Locke's conversations with the 06, he barely puts any effort into it. It now seems that Widmore and Ben are both manipulating Locke for their own personal interests. I don't think either of them have Locke's interests as heart at all.

Omg that makes sense, them being dead. Which kinda gives us the ending in some respects. The island is where its gonna end :S So is Ben dead or alive?
So basically the "6" died in the 2nd plane crash and get teleported to the time loop sawyer and Juliet are in??
Then the new people to crash have crashed into whatever time the island was at when they crashed? And now because the "6" are back the island will stop doing the flashy through time thing?

I think im slightly enlightened and slightly more confused haha.
