Hey, sorry but Soy - how do you find Sports Science?
It's just that I'm planning on doing that but my friends brother and another's sister both dislike it, lol.

Well, I'm doing the WJEC course as I live in Wales. But my school offered two physical courses, Physical Education (more practical) and Sports science (more science). I'm taking it along with Biology and Chemistry as many universities appreciate the course along with the two main sciences. There is very little pracitical but I enjoy the course alot anyway, it's very intresting on how the body works etc, I suppose it's for people who enjoy the theory side more in GCSE PE

You'l have to correct me on this, search on google for more info, basically just don't drink it pre workout

I would reccommened something like lucozade hydroactive. But it's not really needed. If you want a really quick burst of energy, eat a handful of jelly babies, they get digested VERY fast and football players like Ronaldo eat them.
    Aha! Thanks!!

As i said, i never drink those energy drink crap, it tastes bad, and never appealed to me.

OOH, OMG!! I CAN SAY THIS:

Energy drinks are complete rubbish. Have a good spoon or two of sugar and you'll be ready to go. Energy drinks contain electrolytes which haven't even been proven to work.
    Back for a while.
