Well it's just a transparent rectangle on my wallpaper which I added on photoshop, the time and date are Geektool, the contact list is Adium in Group Bubble mode and then just regular desktop icons and Bowtie. All positioned nicely.

Thanks. And I'm honestly not sure, I just found it in my Candybar Library and thought it went well as the Time Machine Drive icon. I think if you search 'The X Set icons' in Google it might come up, the collection was called The X Set.
