OKay well how can apple get into **** for something that they did not know was going to happen. also as far i as i know its the only one thats done it so the kid must of done something to make it catch fire??
Well if they can sue apple for that i better sue windows for making an OS they gives me eye sors as it looks so **** LOL.

God, you could sue for any reason in America these days :S Mental distress for the rest of his life? The "kid" would forget about it in about 10 years times, unless he is completely messed up in the head, generally. He'll remember that a product from Apple caused harm, but won't cry about it the second the very thought enters his head. That's like me sueing Ford because someone ran over my foot. "Oh the pain, I shall have such stress for years! Give me sympathy and more of a chance of winning this law suit with over-exaggerations!" So stupid :/, Urghhh, someone shoot the kid.

Don't worry the kid won't ever get passed the Apple PR and Legal Team. Steve could just stand up in court, show off a new product, and the judge would just fall in love with it and drop the charges.
