Id actually laugh if you died

And to most other poster's on this thread, you cant even distinguish Northern from Southern which just shows the lack of knowledge you even have on this subject. Ive lived in england for about 6 months now whilst Im at Uni and people are like Ah your irish and Im like no Im northern irish so they say ah its all the same isnt it. Its like calling the scottish english and the welsh idiots? (Well maybe not the last part)

1st of all, Northern Ireland is NOT part of ireland, and 'ireland' is a republic hence why its called the republic of ireland

actually i cant be bothered, some people are just ignorant to history and comment when they have no clue.

It's not about ignorance it's about opinion and they're both joined together seperate from the UK which is why I think they should just all be "Ireland". We learn british history in school anyway, don't bother with Ireland.
    I love it when you

That makes no logic what so ever, in that case then Asia, Africa, Europe would all be one country and America would all be one country so we'd be left with about 10 countries.

Out of all the territorial possessions of the United Kingdom, it makes more sense to keep Northern Ireland as its closest to the mainland, compared to the Falklands etc.

Tbh. I just call Northern Ireland, Ireland. At the end of the day it's part of the United Kingdom, but it's still Ireland, and always will be Ireland, if it wasn't part of Ireland, it wouldnt be called Northern Ireland, it's name would of been changed ages ago..
