    Any advice on nutrition when trying to lower BF%? I seem to eat alot of carbs and dairy, so that may be my downfall

    Only eat carbs if you're going to use them as they transform into energy. If you don't use up your carbs they turn into calories. Dairy products are super high in fat and calories.

    If you want to lower your BF% I suggest you eat a low calorie diet and run for 30-40 minutes each night. Doing this will burn off the fat.

    I'm a football player, a forward, built for speed and power in the legs with upper body strenght, i'm toned and happy to post a picture.
    I know the thoery behind everything due to having a degree level sport science knowledge already.

    Ill get some pictures sorted in a few minutes.
