Well it would be done by vote, per month, 1 charity. If it was 11 board members, 1 of charity of their choice, and then month 12, a board vote - fair.

Hi, names James. I am a web developer.
Don't give all of the money to charity though, keep some for advertising, then reduce the amount that you keep as the site grows.
@Trinity: Yes, of course.
@Blanky: No ones started anything, dont look at me - its just my opinion.
Hi, names James. I am a web developer.
If this was to happen you wouldn't really want to give away any money for the first year as you'll wont be making that much money at the start and anything you do make you'll have to use on server costs, anything else would go into advertising, but we're very far away from even thinking about what to do with any money you might make.
I think if was to steal Habbox traffic, great to use signatures. Everyone in D&D to get banners in their sigs, then post little help and just use the post to advertise their banner.
Would be a good way, unless Habbox wanted to re-direct their thread link to a new forum (highly doubt)
Hi, names James. I am a web developer.
This is how every Habbox web dev forum project has started, and let's be honest they've all failed. It's a lot harder to do what you're saying in practice. It's easy to say 'banner sigs would get traffic' and 'donate the profit to charity' but realistically I don't think in practice it would become near popular enough to even cover a reasonable hosting packages costs, and would unlikely have enough left to even donate a minimal amount to charity.
I would love a new forum where we could migrate to, but they've been attempted so many times and none have succeeded.
If you could get one up and running I would be there without a doubt. I suppose I could help out if you needed.
