Does anyone know where the manga is on the anime. What chapter of the manga is the episode currently on?

I haven't watched 212 yet so I don't know where it ends but it starts in sequence with chapter "-97" of Turn Back The Pendulum;

Episode 212 was probably the best Bleach episode I've seen. Ah I just love the whole plot that it's going. Does anyone know where the manga is on the anime. What chapter of the manga is the episode currently on?
Is there a Bleach Soundtrack CD for the backing themes, the guitar riffs are so awesome.
