[Dom] Rare Value Report 6

Hey,

Before I start, to anyone that did not view my 'Super' report, I will now be posting all my Values in this part of the forum. This way I can post Misc, Super and Normal rare values in reports, instead of just normal reports!

I will ofcourse split them up in the report though!

Normal Rare Values

Purple Pillow:

1.5hc - 1 time.
1.75hc - 1 time.

I personally think the the Purple pillow will stay at around 1.5hc for the time being. I wouldn't value the rare much higher than that at the present time, due to it not exactly being used in many rooms, tarnishing its value. I think if a competition comes up that may involve the more 'absurd' colours it may go up - it is unlikely for this to happen though.

Black Monolith:

2hc - 1 time.
2.5hc - 1 time.

Both of these were actually my trades. I took the risk, as one of my friends was buying it for 2.5hc. I looked in ashops and found a seller, they sold the Monolith to me for 2hc. I then told ym mate and he bought it off me for 2.5hc. Quick sale - I would value this at 2hc.

HC Roller Set (x5):

1hc - 2 times.

Both seen in shops. Its a much easier sum for people to pay up, which probably impacted on the value. I have purchased and sold many of these oveer the last two weeks, as I use them when stacking. Sellers do not like to sell for under one hc, nor do I! This is what impacts the .2hc rise.

Petal Patch:

3hc - 3 times.
3.25hc - 1 time.

The mode price for this is 3hc. Each price to pay - although if you have 27 petals like myself, paying an extra .25hc is a good buy! The average petal floor sells at 84hc - but a whole floor quite often actually gets a few hc's more than this - making .25hc extra worth every rd!

Super Rare Values

Trophy Cup Set:

96hc - 1 time.

Around the guide price according to habbox and hhgs. A little bit over, but who cares about three hc if you can afford 100hc?! Finding a set can be difficult which would impact on the price aswell..

Purple Laser Gate:

8hc - 1 time.

Difficult to evaluate this rare. Very new, time will tell..

Categorized Rare Values

Ice/Snow Tele Porters:

0.75hc - 1 time.

The reduced price value is most likely because summer is coming. Christmas furni generally doesn't fit the Summer! Likely they will go back to 1hc in the winter - as there are no other tele porters like it!

Basketball Trophy Lamp (thingy ):

0.25hc - 3 times.

Four were sold at one time for 1hc sofa. Through desperation probably. Not the most common rares to find, again this could have impacted on the price rise.

Egg Basket:

0.3hc - 10 times.

All bought at once. In my opinion this was a great buy. Under value, easter is coming up, likely to be a 'Room Designer', but who knows - could of been an investor hoping on a better return. I personally wouldn't advise buying lots for investment, as the return will not be huge. But you never know!
