No however there is favourtisum and all staff (exept roxy & ben) only kick certain plp on ban list, if 1 comes in whos there friend, they dnt kik them yet if any banned person comes in they are kicked.

And my only other point is the way leah deals with situations, i can tell you now, both times of my ban i have NEVER EVER recieved a PM or been told i am banned or reason why, each time i have found out from roxy first time and ben the second.

Ow, almost forgot, - HotelUser, just becuase i am banned frm hxhd he believes he can come to an habbox event yestarday and start calling me names and giving me abuse when i didnt say 1 word to him. This bullying is unacceptable, and only reason i havnt complain is becuase i missed screeny as it was event and busy and only know 1 person who was there, who only saw parts of it.

If you are banned in HxHD, You aren't meant to recieve a PM. You get told in the desk you are banned and if you want to know the reason you can PM a staff member or ask via someother way.

I don't seem to get told either; nvr banned me yet both times i've had to ask a member of staff, surely if they are banning us they should tell us why so we don't go in and get kicked 50 times then find out why.

And in many situations the reason can be self explanatory (I'm talking about in general when I say this).

That is certainly not true. There have only been several occasions where I have not seen super staff kick a banned user, and that was usually because another super staff was in the room kicking said banned user.

I've kicked my own brother from HxHD when he's been banned.

Yes as i complained about the thing about titch to leah and as she received the appeal and unbanned him didn't want the complaint so i was told to PM nvr.

Most people seem to PM him about bans anyways

I know you use a autoreloader. I know because you told me. Do I care if anyone believes me? Of course not. You're banned, and you will be kicked regardless.

Let's recap.
You aren't there 24/7 (quite reasonable)
You STATE that you aren't there 24/7 (again, reasonable)
You claim that I'm never on (entirely unreasonable as there is therefore plenty of time for me to be about while you're not)

I've never said that staff are always inactive, in fact I made sure I mentioned that it's not always the case, it's just that they seem sufficiently inactive to warrant it being a problem.

Lets do a real recap.
I am not there 24/7 (quite reasonable)
You are not there 24/7 (quite reasonable)
I am there more than you (quite reasonable, because I am staff)
I claim you are not on 24/7 (entirely reasonable as I am, I would say, more active than you, and based on the views of other staff members, who also do not see you frequently.)


Around 9 months ago we had a system set up to record the help desk, then compress the videos and upload them to a server, so any staff members could download a clip of an hour to see what happened during that specific time. By viewing those clips I was able to see when more users came into the desk (in other words, which times during the day were more popular for us to get visitors, and for staff to be in the desk). We had many more staff back then, and I dare say that activity now is better than it was back then, but I don't remember complaints made then (because even though activity then wasn't as good as it is now, it was still acceptable). Also, when I see you in the desk now it's not during what I would call "HxHD peak hours". After you left the desk today it went from around 8/25 to about 18/25...

So in a way, I guess you could say I used to be in HxHD 24/7




IMO this thread should be closed, there's nothing to be done. A few of the users complaining should be doing so over the PM system, because it concerns them being banned.

I ony know why i was banned becuase leah went round telling every1 so i got told. Which initself is wrong becuase ban reasons shouldnt be discussed with others.

And whoever said about second chances, how come i got given one and then becuase nvrs didnt knw i had been given my 2nd chance get it taken away, i find tht unfair.

Leaking pass doesn't deserve a 2nd chance imho as its not somethign you can mistakingly do or anything and its serious.

Well it does, i know it was wrong, and everyone knows i regret it. I formally appoglized to everyone involved in reasons why i was fired from hxhd and accepted i was banned and was given that second chance, then had it snatched away for no reason.

who did I tell your ban reason to? or are you sure people didn't see why you were banned because you completed the crime infront of a busy desk, hmm..
