Get rid of the idea of a help desk, go the way ch&hffm went, make a council lounge get a few room moderators simple. No need for all the staff there is hardly anyone comes in for help and if they do then the staff aint behind the bar still help them, other people in the room (even scott and titch even though they are supposed to be banned :S:S:S) help aswell.
Just be as simple to get rid of and get a room for people to chill in rather then helping, simple.

all that's asked is for a little more interaction and co-operation with other people rather than just the staff

There is loads of interaction in the desk, any speech is interaction, Staff don't ignore non hxhd staff :S

The HxHD already has become a lounge, we just didn't change the name. The staff aren't there for the sole purpose of helping they are room moderators mainly which is why most of the work done there now is kicking banned users and enforcing rules. (scott and titch are both exceptions as they use auto reloaders (as much as they deny it) and the matter is being discussed with nvr).

Please provide proof of my "Autoloadings". i would be banned from habbo if i used 3rd party software so how-come i am not? Same with scott.

And i'd prefer staff to refrain from accusing me of using an autoreloader, as you're accusing me of scripting, how would staff like it if i kept on accusing them of hacking/scripting? :S
