And i'd prefer staff to refrain from accusing me of using an autoreloader, as you're accusing me of scripting, how would staff like it if i kept on accusing them of hacking/scripting? :S

Leah treats her staff more like friends than she does as workers. Pretty much the worst manager that has passed through HxHD. The whole 'help desk' (I throw the term around loosely) is becoming quite an embarassment to Habbox. There shouldn't be staff. Whats the point of having staff in a chill room? Maybe they should just become room moderators as they don't really help anyway. Personally, it should be scrapped and the room be converted into something useful like a trade room which involves more people. The motivation of the staff is terrible while the popularity of the room isn't much better. Good riddance.

Edit: Just saw that they are room moderators. So what - the 'staff' area is there for boosting egos? What the hell lol.

There is loads of interaction in the desk, any speech is interaction, Staff don't ignore non hxhd staff :S

The HxHD already has become a lounge, we just didn't change the name. The staff aren't there for the sole purpose of helping they are room moderators mainly which is why most of the work done there now is kicking banned users and enforcing rules. (scott and titch are both exceptions as they use auto reloaders (as much as they deny it) and the matter is being discussed with nvr).

Habbox HELP desk :S :S, 2 or 3 room moderators not 11 staff. Completly get rid of the bars and mangment/staff it really is not needed.

A lot of the staff do help out people that want it, the desk is also quite popular and I would say the motivation of the staff is very good.

Only time i see someone needing help in HxHD is when someone comes in and says "HOW DO I GET DA TRADE FING" other than that noone generally needs help.

I .. am in shock. That was beautiful, I agree 100%. I spoke to Sammeth about why the staff area is so small and he replies 'Its fine as it is, this room is used more as a chat room rather than a helpdesk.' I want a helpdesk not a chat room, plus Leah sorry but you are the wrost manager ever.

I'm confused about what the problem is exactly. So far i've seen the problems are that:

- Staff don't help.
- Staff go Brb/ don't go behind the bar.
- Something about Bans
- Something about Autoreloaders
- Something about the bar and whole HxHD Idea.

As for the first thing, I can ensure you staff do help. When people do need help most of the time there are people there to help. I've seen it happen many times. However, it's funny how no-one bothers to mention those times, they just pick up on the times where no-one helps, which is the minority because of reasons such as the staff are brb e/c/t. There are limited staff places, and each staff gets picked on a mixture of recommendations (Where the person that wants to be staff has to be recommended on attendance and helping skills) and managements opinion. Because of the limited spaces, if someone is not pulling there weight, then they will probably be fired. I know from experience that supply of staff outstrips demand, and as a result if someone is lacking then they will be replaced. All the current staff are all helpful and help when they can so that really isn't a problem. If the vistors also help each other I don't see what's wrong with that, it's more a benifit for the desk rather than a fault with the staff.

Staff going brb. Nothing wrong with that. It's always happened in the past, however, in the past it used to be behind the bar on the rollers or outside the desk but now it's more in the desk. Also, it is better to have staff away in the desk rather than an empty desk as an empty desk means that no-one will bother coming in but if the room is green, then there is a chance one person will come in, then another e/c/t.
Also, when the desk changed more into a lounge, it became apparent that staff did not have to go behind the bar which is right, hence why the desk is only a small corner of the room rather than a whole section. Staff can help both in the bar and out of it, as the main purpose of staff is a mixture of moderating the room and helping.

As for bans, all of the bans are given fairly in the desk. Also whoever keeps on bringing up Jake and him banning someone, that was in the past and has no relevance to this thread really. All the current bans are fair, and if any of them aren't I'm sure you can PM Leah and Josh and tell them about it. Skot, no matter what you say I am 99% sure you do use an autoreloader and as for Joe, well honestly I'm not sure about that. The reason they aren't getting kicked atm is that from what I've heard nvr is dealing with it so it's not like the staff are ignoring it.

As for the HxHD, Lounge idea well...
The room itself is busy most of the time, people socialise in there, the staff provide good moderation and if it's needed they will help. That is the whole point of the room so as far as I can see it is very successful.

Oh and Leah is a very good manager, and is also very dedicated and all the current staff are very good and the desk is always busy and there isn't really anything else she can do apart from hosting more events really, and even that is improving now with the fortnightly quiz and all the easter events.
