Ched Evans isn't a bad player?

I don't rate Ched much so i'm not jealous, yes it was a good goal i agree, but he will come on in another game and not score and so on, just like Welbeck, he's quality, he scoed on his debut I think against Stoke, but then hasn't scored again for the 1st team. On Caicedo's first start for the club he scored 2 in only the 1st half, yet no one looked at him and said 'wow'.
i'm not jealous just bemused.

It's not the fact that he scored on debut, it's the fact he scored a goal in front of 70,000+ fans expecting the best and expecting the win. The pressure on that kids shoulders to perform was massive and he dealt with it with quite possibly the goal of the month. Fantastic control and execution. As far as I'm aware, Caicedo isn't 17 and it wasn't his professional debut and he didn't even score on his debut. Your argument with him is invalid. Ched Evans probably isn't a bad player no, I was just using him as a comparison in the fact that a Manchester City fan is jealous because a Manchester United star is in the spotlight - quite rightly so as well. He deserves all the praise he gets.
Caicedo is 20, yes, however he scored on his first full debut for Manchester City, twice. Yes, I agree Macheda pulled off something remarkable and with the pressure, yes, but anyone on the manchester united team could of been in that position and also pulled off however they wouldn't of recieved the amount of praise he is getting. It's just the same as Benayoun, he scored last minute when they were expecting the win, however, not recieved as much praise. Yes, Macheda is young but he is probably as good as anyone of them man united players, so has the ability to pull it off. And to be honest, I'm not too fussed Macheda is in the spotlight, City players don't usually get put in the spotlight too much anyway. It's not the fact that he scored on debut, it's the fact he scored a goal in front of 70,000+ fans expecting the best and expecting the win. You will see at the weekend, Macheda will come on and won't create as such a big impact.

incase you forgot we was on top of fulham hit the cross bar 3 times and post once?
well we did have it under control and got the 3 points we rightfully deserved.
Do you ever feel like you want to go home?
Lost in the crowd and you feel alone
Probably. But that's the way football works. He deserves it. Give him credit.Caicedo is 20, yes, however he scored on his first full debut for Manchester City, twice. Wow wow wow, just incase people like twist and minstrels haven't noticed this poster is from brighton and supports liverpool!! How come he isn't getting called a glory supporter in every single post of yours :eusa_wall
And we deserved the 3 points we scored more goals than opponents therefore deserved the win.
You don't get it. He's 17. Benayoun is expected. No one expected Macheda to keep United on track for the premier league title. Had it been Ronaldo, your right. no big fuss. But it was his debut, from the out-set or not and hes 17. I'm 17 in october and I cant even comprehend that. His composure mustve been immense. It's just the same as Benayoun, he scored last minute when they were expecting the win, however, not recieved as much praise. deserved? honestly, I'd say this if Sunderland lost as well, if Liverpool couldn't put it in the net, they dont deserve anything. its a cliche but the only team that deserves to win is the team that scores more goals. be it from 1 shot, or one hundred.

:eusa_clap One of the few football fans who actually doesn't talk utter ... On this forum
I do get, but i'm sure there's been plenty of people who have scored on their debut, he happened to be in the right place at the right time, and executed that place to finish very well. You don't get it.
