Around The World Collectable Set

I have noticed recently a stronger demand for full collectable sets in trading rooms than I did before, for instance, after all six had been released. Perhaps people are more in tune with actually collecting now that the concept has been around for a while. Most of them are pretty difficult to weave in to a given room on their own, but they do look neat as a themed set.



Architeuthis Teleport Set
2hc ... seen five times (rise!)

These teleports weren't purchased as much as expected when they were released in the catalogue initially. This is probably because there was a full set of under the sea furniture also available for purchase at the same time as these teleports, hence more people spending their credits on Bensalem furni that they preferred as opposed to these. The increased demand is nice; as far as teleports go, they are unique in the sense that they can "hide" in petal/grass patches. This seems to be a bit of a trend with the new environmental furniture.



Habbo Cola Machine
2hc ... seen four times (fall!)

This rare definitely saw the height of its popularity when it was *finally* released in to the catalogue (after much speculation) a few years back. While this value is a fall from the current Habbox value of 2.25hc, trading it for 2hc is probably a product of convenience more than anything. When trading for single Habbo Cola Machines, it can be difficult to make up that extra 2.25hc without using credits. Negotiating over things like this can be hard in rooms full of spam like TRADE CITY.



Shishi Odishi
0.5hc ... seen one time (fall!)
1hc ... seen three times (rise)

I was sort of on a quest to see this rare being traded. Even being the last 'rare' ever released in the catalogue, it was surprisingly unpopular and is now consequently very difficult to find! After looking out for trades involving it for a while, I have found it being sold for 1hc more often than not. My guess is that interested buyers are soon alerted on how difficult it is to find after spending half an hour looking for even one.

Thanks for the report, what can I say except wow. Perfect report, i'd question Around the World Collection though as I bought one for 6 CS (or 7 CS), I guess I was just very lucky. Perfectly spotted on all rares and especially on the Artheuthis and Shishi Odishi, which seems to be swinging from 1.0 CS to 0.5 CS like Jake swings from gay to straight.

Keep it up, best I have seen since I left Habbox rare values.
