You have to know the model of your sound card/device in order to find the drivers.

Go to Device Manager find your audio device and copy the name of it here and we will be able to help.

what is the make/manufacturer of your PC.

Go to teir website, go on drivers downloading, enter your model number, and download all the drivers from there.

Use CPU-Z to find out what your motherboard model is, look up the motherboard on the manufacturers website and it should tell you there. Then google for the drivers
