What job would you like when your older?

I want to be a veterinarian.. Being a wild life vet would be the coolest, though its the most highly competitive here. So it's between being an equine vet or a small animal vet.

That's a hard job though, if you wanna be a vet to help animals (operations) etc then how're you going to be a ill animal down.

Wait, sorry what? I didn't understand what you meant by the last part of that. Did you mean how am i going to put animals down? Even though it does suck, I actually can handle it.. I worked at a shelter last year and I had to euthanize a lot of animals - and that was REALLY hard! They were so cute

And yeah, I know it's tough.. Though the job itself wouldn't be bad (since I dont intend to be an animal surgeon, I just want to have my own practice someday), its getting through the schooling that is really rough, especially in the US. My worry right now is that I won't even get accepted into vet school once i'm done with Uni since there's only about 30 in the entire US and its REALLY competitive (only 50-60 kids get accepted a year for most of them, and thats if you live in the same state as the school.. if you're out of state they accept 10-15 candidates).
