• Why don't children know what that part is used for?
• How many girls know what the hell is going on when they start their period?
• How come we have sex education in primary school?

The Bible is more of a moral guidance and our world is based upon it believe it or not, and like it or not. As for the strange incest debates around this forum, it is wrong and you risk having a child with more problems than a normal child would encounter.

animals only have the instinct to have sex when they hit puberty, animals hit puberty at younger ages then humans, the main reason we have sex education is to do with condoms, sti, the troubles of childbirth etc.
Unlike animals, we have knowledge so yes people know about sex before they have it now. Look at evolution, when man kind started out we didnt have knowledge so we worked on our instincts.
How many dogs know exactly why there bleeding when there on heat? None, but they have the urge to mate with males.
Its all to do with hormones and stuff
