I got told soul wars is good, but to get 100 zeal how long it take if u in the winning team via a clan ?

You could just train on ape atoll or on spiders in the security stronghold though?

If you intend to actually play the game it's more work than training would be. I think most people just freeload so that makes it easy..

Daggnoths , yaks ... etc

For fast exp, you should train at either Bandits in the desert, Yaks at Neitznot (you need to complete The Fremminik Isles quest) or Dagannoths under the Lighthouse (you need to complete Horror from the Deep quest).

All of these places are really crowded though.

Personally, I would recommend training with Slayer - lots of variety, so you won't get bored, you can make a lot of cash from drops and it's still good combat exp.

Or, you could train in the Stronghold of Security. It's got a lot of different leveled monsters. I've heard Ankous are really good to train on there, because they drop level 3 clue scrolls and lots of runes. They can get really crowded though.

SW bots rarely get banned, my friend has botted 78-99str 78-99range there so far..

I've never actually done sw haha can you get magic xp? How long you think it will take to bot 81-94?
