I don't think she was stoned. I just think she was trying too hard to be in character when it would have been better to just let her guard down and actually answer the questions like a normal person. She ruined the performance being shouty.

I agree. It didn't do her any favours! I thought maybe she's just trying to live up to her name 'gaga' or is worried about Jonathan Ross' reputation so decides to remain on her guard all the time!
