It is HIS responsibility to ensure staff are sticking to the rule book. That's what he is employed to do.

Sammeth's responsibility is working with department managers to ensure the Habbox Community are getting a satisfactory service from Habbox.

Nvrspk4 has many responsibilities and I doubt he will be putting a complaint about a staff member above ensuring the financial side of Habbox is A-OK and communicating with department managers to find any major issues going on at the moment.

Of course if your complaint is about Leah or :Mobile, go ahead and complain to Nvrspk4, but I doubt very much that it is.

So stop trying to think you are big, after all we are only saving you time.

Im not trying to be "big" and i don't have a problem with joshua, i gave a positive remark about the help desk in my first post then certain people start saying why they need rules etc when i never said rules weren't needed.

Yeah I know what your saying but the staff jump on people too much. It happens in every other room, ye, it should be controlled or moderated what ever you want to say but it should be more relaxed. If it 'does' cause arguments then people can be kicked etc but it seems silly to warn people when they are rude to other people, it happens on Habbo and in real life. You cant wrap everyone up in cotton wool, and yes I know there is the reputation of the desk but i'm sure after a while it would die down and become the norm.

It's always been against the rules to be rude to people and it will always remain to be, if we start letting people be rude and throw insults at eachother it will create havock.

If you went around in real life moaning about every person who made a rude or snide comment againt you then you wouldnt last 5 min's, shouldnt really be the same in the desk.

I think over the last few days it has become a bit more relaxed but we want the desk to be as friendly as possible as it can be someones first impression of habbox so we want it to be a good one!

Nvr pmed me today, twice. I've pmed him a lot recently n I always get a reply the next day :S Last time I checked B-H hadn't been on since the 17th so yeah? Not that any of this matters, you're all just arguing for the sake of arguing, nothing needs sorted anymore except maybe one member of staff but they will be dealt with.

It is relaxed with all staff except this *one* who kicks me for saying someones banned lol, oh and calls me a **** on msn oh and thinks i'm some habbo gossip girl oh and thinks i'm a man disguise. lolololol.
