It's fine if someone makes little mistakes or typos (which I make all of the time), but people getting their "there", "their" and "they're" confused and people who don't know how to use the words "borrow" and "lend" properly really hack me off. General use of apostrophes as well, especially when people put them in where they shouldn't be.

It's a forum where members feel the need to correct others grammar.
It annoys me to see incorrect grammar anyway so well done to all the cheery pickers.
    I love it when you
    flex like that

According to the rules of the internet all Forums are now monitored by English teachers and Exam boards looking for high levels of grammar and knowledge in the users.

I can't tell whether this is a rhetorical question or not.

It's not an English lesson but being able to communicate effectively is even *more* important online than offline. Plus it's really annoying to read badly written posts. I don't allow it on my sites.

Depends on if it is formal or not. Formally, it should be "It is", not "It's".
