Make the ballons bigger and like floating above the tank cuz theres helium in them and maybe animate them I tihnk that would look better

I think the tank itself needs to be bigger for the 'noticeable factor.' Maybe if you made it bigger, added more extensive shading around it and maybe a caution sticker or something like that? Nice one.

Ino there tied up but if you make like the rope longer so they float more in the air.

I agree with velvet it would benefit if it was bigger. I like the detail very much. Perhaps using not so pale colours?
