Customer Feedback?? That's when a customer gives feedback about a good or service not seeing a company director come onto a children's forum and saying hi. Technically mostly any of us are customers as we do not pay the bill nor did we physically sign up for it, our parents did.

I would post a current speedtest but it seems the new speedtest has skewed the results completely, giving me over 500ms ping on every server apart from london and no greater than 24mbit speed.
