    Yeah having continuity in a department is a good thing. On that note I haven't seen all that many announcements for staff leaving/being hired, maybe a few a week compared to a few a day in the old days. Would that suggest a more committed staff base too?

    What has happened to the actual forum manager? Things seem so quiet lately, I hardly ever see him/her post.

    i would certainly think so, its good to see that people want to get into departments now as they are smaller and more compant and efficent than ever.
