It's spreading pretty quickly actually. In our local paper today it was reported that a child who recently took a holiday in Mexico is to undergo tests after coming down the with the flu. I have actually started to feel really ill today with what feels like a bad cold (unusual since it's been really good weather recently and none of my mates are ill). I know it's not Swine Flu but it did make me think. Most are overacting about this but there are a few are taking it far too lightly. Part of me wants it to get more serious just to see how the world reacts and shut all the cocky, sarcastic people up.

Oh and Exploit, he's taking the piss.

why? because you're scared you might die? no.

yes, 2 PEOPLE have been confirmed to have swine flu
who else gives a toss about this, not i sir, not i.
Close the borders to tourists etc, are you delibertly acting as if you have no idea what your talking about, you are very good at it. I have just given example of why we should close borders, as it is easier to slow/control 50 people with swine flu than to control 500+ people with swine flu.

2 people today, could be 10 tommorow - are you prepared to take an enormous risk with peoples lives, but then again you don't give a toss. You ignored all I said and came back with the same rubbish.

Obviously British people would be allowed back, but they would all have checks carried out and we'd focus on ridding the virus from our country. Common sense, and your lacking.

So someone has died in the US. So those going 'oh they're just dieing in Mexico'.

5 Confirmed cases in the UK and possibly more as a school has been shut in Devon which could of possibly spread through hundreds in the school after a girl was confirmed to have it.

Swine flu has now turned up in at least seven countries and appears to be jumping borders via plane flights.
It has spread to Asia and the Middle East as world health officials admitted the virus could not be contained.
Which backs up Undertakers point on closing the borders..

Asia, Middle East, New Zealand, Canada, Australia, Israel, Brazil, Colombia, France, Cuba and UK either have confirmed or suspect swine flu cases.

Also WHO have announced that the virus spreading is not slowing down and are on the verge of jumping the milestone to putting the threat level to 5 which is 1 away from a Pandemic.

closing the borders would be the stupidest idea ever. we would lose millions of pounds if we closed the borders which wont be good because we are in a recession

Which is why I said Suspect or Confirmed cases...

And Georgie, the UK is still being hit by this, markets dropping, stores losing tons of money because people are not buying meat, vaccines and more.
