Hey,
I think that the Forum Chat was a pretty big fail really and there isn't much need for it and it's just a waste of resources and whenever I go on it, it is ALWAYS empty.

yeah, it's evident to everyone that it was a waste of money but now that money has been wasted then what's the point in getting rid

I don't see in the point of getting rid of the feature when it would be already paid for. I seen it used from time to time, but I'm hardly ever at the bottom of the forum so can't really comment on that one.
