I dont think it will be Jack or Sawyer as the writers said Kate makes her choice between them to next season. It wont be much of a choice if one of them dies. However I think it would be Sawyer for the emotional impact. If not this season he will die next season.

Hurley dies. Don't bother asking me how I know and my reasons behind it. I really cba explaining it but he dies.

the death of a major character will take place in the finale. the death is be more emotional than charlie's death and this person will die in a heroic way. This person has been a series regular since Series 1.
They have said Kate will make her choice between sawyer and jack next season. If one of them dies, it wont be much of a choice.
It could be Sawyer but I really doubt he will die now. I think he will die at the end of next season.

So yeah, Hurley is dead in the finale.
