it's an error with a piece of furniture and its .cct file (hh_furni_xx_env_tree3.cct) wteva that is Originally Posted by Stexual:

+ I guess the reason the error has been caused is because someone is editing it? notsure though

you shouldn't get the error if that piece of furni (that is getting the error) isn't in the room

This used to happen to me, I made a new user account and then it was fine
