Probs made it sound a bit to dramatic with the title.Anyway I jumped of a wall/roof about 11/12 foot high (twice the size of me) 2 weeks ago and really hurt my ankle/heal. I thought that it had healed yesterday because I hadn't felt any pain from it for a few days. I had forgotten all about it and set of running as normal to get to the bust stop yesterday and after running like 20 metres it suddenly started hurting more than it has ever hurt before. I stopped and turned back as I wasn't really that bothered about going to Argos. So since yesterday it has been hurting constantly even when I am not walking. It's a sharp pain in the lower end of my ankle and goes right down to my heal. If I move all of my toes quite far apart it hurts like hell. Does anyone know what might of happened to my foot/ankle? Thankss.
