    Default Please help me =[

Probs made it sound a bit to dramatic with the title. Anyway I jumped of a wall/roof about 11/12 foot high (twice the size of me) 2 weeks ago and really hurt my ankle/heal. I thought that it had healed yesterday because I hadn't felt any pain from it for a few days. I had forgotten all about it and set of running as normal to get to the bust stop yesterday and after running like 20 metres it suddenly started hurting more than it has ever hurt before. I stopped and turned back as I wasn't really that bothered about going to Argos. So since yesterday it has been hurting constantly even when I am not walking. It's a sharp pain in the lower end of my ankle and goes right down to my heal. If I move all of my toes quite far apart it hurts like hell. Does anyone know what might of happened to my foot/ankle? Thankss.

Mint, you should go to A&E and get it xrayed. Doesn't sound right at all.

Are you sure? I didn't think that it would be something serious even though it does hurt quite a bit. I might end up going tommorow if it is still hurting though.

    I wouldn't go as far as a&e.
Maybe like a walk-in center or something?
Somewhere where you can get it checked out quite quickly I suppose but it doesn't sound serious enough for a&e.

Yes I am sure - jumping off a 12ft wall could have done some damage which you might now have made worse. I would get it checked just to make sure.

Well its an acccident not an emergency - they do look at non-serious problems. If he goes to a walk -in the first thing they will say is go to the hospital for an Xray.

Sounds like you may have pulled muscles or damaged some ligaments. Rest up for about a week and see how it feels.
    Back for a while.
