Surface Piercings

I've been wanting this kind of piercing for quite sometime and I've been doing quite a lot of research into it. I'm wondering if anyone's had a piercing/s like this and if they have any personal info on it like any problems they had or how long it took to heal up, also I've been wondering if you can remove these kinds of piercings like you would with other regular piercings, I can't seem to find out if you can which has led me to assume that you can't.

the main think you've got to remember is that it's very easy to get caught on other rings, and it could be ripped out of your arm.
as for removing it, it's set out like this:

where the ( ) are the balls obviously. they just screw off so you can take the bar out if needs be, but i'd reccomend getting it taken out by a piercer

surface piercings also take a lot longer to heal, and usually bruise a lot

edit; the dots are jsut to space out the ( ), it wouldnt work otherwise

My friend got it done came out well easily cause it rejected , like most surface peircings it rejected so you'd really want to be careful cause they skin will push it out.

not all piercings are meant to be on show, some people get piercings because they like the placement and such
