Click regular and wait for it to download then unzip it with winrar and extract it.

Iv'e downloaded and extracted, now what? They are in my Electronic Arts folder.

Just double click them and they should bring up the sims 3 launcher and install. But if you want to do them all in one go, while one is installing click all the other files, you will get an error file but don't worry about that, now on the download's page on the launcher there should be a big list now, check them all off then you can install all at once!

I installed the sets and them 3 cars.

Damn, sorry I left it a bit late, but I would love to get the items from the store, but the link you gave me says I need to register.. but they are closed so I can't get the items
