I'd be awake at 9am ish, so might be able to reserve a username. Won't be GommeInc though, something useful and less creepy I still think this is incredibly pointless, the whole number id was useful enough, and does exactly the same as usernames, except makes it so you don't have to put up with stupid usernames.

my sleeping patterns completely messed up lmao. dunno how i'm gonna wake up at 7am every morning next week for college.

i guess usernames are easier, but i don't think it'll make too much difference to me as i never get into conversations like "whats your facebook" or whatever lol.

Hmmm, being awake till 5/6am isn't good for college

Usernames may seem easier, but they won't be. If someone asks for your facebook, they'll give a link with their user ID included, not some crappy username that's the result of a lack of decent names

I've got two usernames that I'd like to get, but I doubt I'll get them Worth a try though, so I'm staying up till 5. Decided against going for Aiden though, because what are the chances I'll have to give it up to the band Aiden? :/

Oh yeah! People are going to have to contend again bands... This update is getting more stupid by the day :/ They should make a rule that bands should have '(band)' or 'Band -' at the end or infront of the band name...

you can see if your names been reserved and is in use already, because facebook employees and clients/journalists got offered custom names earlier.

type in the name your after at the end of the facebook addres, e.g http://www.facebook.com/mike mike's in use, even though 4 character name arn't allowed?

gonna leave my computer on, just stretch my arm over to press enter or whatever and hope for the best
