Refresh just as it turns to zero manually, as the auto refresh has about a 2minute gap, you should be able to avoid the main wave of auto refreshes and load fast.

EDIT - im going, only 1 tab open, i want fb as lagles as possible.

I'd advise reloading manually just as it is about to go to 0.
