19 was really difficult. In the end trial and error got me to 20. I need a four letter word, I knew the last three letters so went through the alphabet for the first

Want to enlighten me on the second part of 16? I'm probably being really blonde, but i've typed in the whatami.bmp and now it's showing me a map with a red highlighted part which i believe to be Chelmsford. Now im lost =[

20 is a beast. I've solved the majority of the puzzles on it but haven't got a clue what to do with it. I've only figured out half the order to solve them in aswell :/
