I used to sort of have an issue like this... and ended up not answering my phone for months. The person after me used to ring me and ask if I wanted to 'do' something and whenever I said no they sort of had a tantrum and moan down the phone...the best thing to do which I did and can be seen as sort of mean is to freeze them out of your life... only see or talk to him when totally necessary slowly you'll lose contact.

Er other than that why dont you just tell him just cos you dont like him it doesnt mean hes a bad looking kid, boost his confidence and tell him to have a bash at some other girls as your sure he'll succeed.

And for the learny thing tell him you want to concentrate and succeed and that might mean working apart for the benefit of your education. If he doesnt understand that he deserves to have his feelings pwned.

the person that recently fell out with him has done just that, just totally ignored his calls/texts and walked away from him. when he started texting her i was telling him not to because it's annoying from my experience with him. i don't want to throw him out my life completely and it'd be easy to ignore him but i'd feel mean =/ i mean he had a go at me for putting him to like 8th on top friends on bebo n i'm top on his
