What are yr favourite albums of 2009 (so far)

Only album out so far this year that I was interested in was Lacuna Coils "Shallow Life"

Atreyu have a new album announced for Summer but nothing else, Avenged Sevenfold are said to be working on a new album and Slipknot might be doing a b-side sort of thing this year aswell, that probably wont be about till next year though.

im not expecting much of the new atreyu album, lead sails paper anchor was absoloutely dire compared to their previous albums.

I liked lead sails and paper anchor.

I do prefer previous albums but I didn't think the last one was that bad, I would really like to a see a single for the new album soon though. >.>

I didn't think Shallow Life was that great tbh.
Some new Atreyu should be good aswell as A7X BFMV are also recording a new album which I hope will be out this year or early next year.

Shallow Life certainly wasn't as good as I was hoping but out of all the bands I listen to that's the only new album out so far that I've been waiting for, Atreyu and A7X are next but only Atreyus has been properly confirmed for this year, A7X might not be out till next year sometime. >.<

Would be nice to see Five Finger Death Punches new album out this year too, also Blink-182, I can't see that happening though.

TDWP's album wasn't as good as previous ones I didn't think, I just loved the intro/breakdowns on Big Wiggly Style

Ye Blink-182 will most probly be next year I'd like to see Limp Bizkits new album this year and BOWLING FOR SOUP New album in september

I'm not a fan of LB, but I'll proper pick up the new album. Another one is Saosin's new album, I had completely forgot how good they were, they've got a new album out this year.
Also, We Are The Ocean's debut album could well be a contender when it's released
